Ocean Star Estates Marketing Team Update

Hello everyone,

Just a quick note to let you know that we raised prices on some of the lots – see the Lot Information Table at http://www.oceanstarestates.com/lot-information.html for the new prices. Also, the resale lots are now being marketed on the Rogue Investor website at http://www.rogueinvestor.com/property-listings.html (mouse over “Properties & Liens for Sale” at the top of the home page and then click on “Property Listings”), and soon on our Dominican Republic real estate website, instead of on the Ocean Star Estates website. This is because the Rogue Investor company is marketing the property and not the developer of Ocean Star Estates. There are some great lots available for resale, so check it out.

Other news is that the beach-front property in front of Ocean Star Estates is available for sale as 4- to 5-acre lots, priced at $450,000. See the plat map at http://www.oceanstarestates.com/plat-map.html.
