November 2008 Ocean Star Estates Update

Dear Ocean Star Estates Property Owners,

I will be in the Dominican Republic next week, accompanied by our newest addition to the Rogue Investor team: Christina McDonough. As the Ocean Star Estates Project Manager, Christina already has made great progress with helping our Dominican Republic architect to develop and finalize floorplans, and with finalizing the covenants and restrictions for the development. Christina's primary responsibilities are to identify and execute opportunities for marketing Ocean Star Estates, liaison with our Dominican Republic team on infrastructure and building issues, and use her interior design skills to assist buyers during the home building process. Christina has a B.S. in Public Relations and a B.F.A. in Interior Design.

The final floorplans may be viewed on our website at http://www.oceanstarestates.com/architect-drawings.html. The floorplans consist of six single-family residences of various sizes and two duplexes. Each plan is customizable. Christina is currently working on a step-by-step Guide to Home Building in the Dominican Republic, which I hope to share with you in my next newsletter.

The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions Governing the Ocean Star Estates Development is now available at http://www.oceanstarestates.com/covenant-restrictions.html. I recommend that you take the time to review this document, particularly if you are planning on building soon.

I am excited to announce that we are setting up a new sales office in Luperon. The office is located on the main road through town, and we anticipate opening for business by the end of November. Humberto Metz Sosa, our Client Relations and Salesperson in the Dominican Republic, will be managing the office. Located next door is Banco Popular, one of the largest banks in the country. Banco Popular recently opened this branch in Luperon, which I believe to be recognition on their part of the increase in tourism and development on this part of the north coast.
