Official Appraisals of Ocean Star Estates

Official appraisals of the Ocean Star Estates development (phases I and II) were conducted in December 2006, October 2007 and July 2008 by Ing. Nelson Ivan Halt Capellan, Tasador, Registro Superintendencia de Banco, 470-1801, ITADO No. 572, Instituto Tasadores Dominicanos (in English: Dominican Institute of Appraisers). All of the appraisals were of raw, undeveloped land.

The appraised value of Ocean Star Estates increased by 85 percent in 19 months. Overall, the land increased in value by 53.8 percent per year.
