 Technical Approval of DeslindeReal estate transactions in the Dominican Republic must comply with the country's new deslinde procedure. Visit Deslinde for a more complete discussion. Ocean Star Estates Phase I (Blocks A-K) is in compliance with the deslinde procedure, while Phase II (Blocks I-R) is currently in the first phase of this procedure. Documentation of this is at Deslinde. As part of the survey phase of deslinde, the Regional Direction of Property Measurements, North Department, issued a technical approval of the deslinde for Phase I in April 2008, which included designated parcel numbers and parcel sizes. The six-page document by the Regional Direction of Property Measurements shows each lot's provisional designation (which correspond to the lot numbers on our Phase I lots survey map), each lot's designated parcel number, and each lot's parcel size.
