Review, complete and sign the Referral Agreement. Fax the signed agreement to the attention of Diane Faile at 913-381-6081, or scan and email to her at dino@rogueinvestor.com. Along with the agreement, please submit your resume to Diane. She will sign the agreement and return a copy to you.
