Republic. I will be responsible for helping you through
the closing process.
I will need information regarding how you want your
property titled before I can send you a closing packet.
I would appreciate your taking the time to get back with
me on the following: Information about titling your lot is available on our
website at
Titling Your Property. Please confirm how
your lot will be titled and provide the information
requested: (a) Individual (100% ownership) (b) Married
couple (joint ownership)

Note: If an individual named on the title is married,
and the spouse is not named on the title, it is okay for
the individual only to sign, but in the event that the
property is sold, both the individual and the spouse
must sign the sales contract.
OR IMPORTANT: Any name provided above MUST be exactly as it appears on that person’s passport. For any
person named above who does not have a passport, please
provide a driver’s license number AND state or province
where issued in the meantime. However, that person
should begin the application process for a passport as
soon as possible. Any individual (or SDIRA account
holder) named on the title must have a current passport
in order to purchase property in the Dominican Republic;
any representative of a non-Dominican Republic business
named on the title also must have a current passport in
order to purchase property in the country. The Dominican
Republic Title Registry will not transfer title without
this documentation. You can close on your lot and sign a
Promise of Sale contract while you are applying for a
