Ocean Star Estates, LLC is the Owner and Developer of the beautiful ocean-view property on the north coast of the Dominican Republic known as Ocean Star Estates.
The Primary Dominican Republic Team
Carlos Rodriguez is the Construction Manager for Ocean Star Estates. He is the founder of Constructura Cafra, S.A., and has helped manage construction projects throughout the Dominican Republic. Mr. Rodriguez manages the development's site coordinator (Henri Rodriguez), project surveyor (Juan Buatista), project civil engineer (Bernardo Rodriguez), project architect (Francisca Perez), as well as all subcontractors. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Humberto Metz Sosa is responsible for Client Relations and Sales in the Dominican Republic. He manages the development's sales office in Luperon, and conducts tours of Ocean Star Estates and the surrounding area for potential buyers and those who have already purchased. Mr. Sosa worked at the Riu, one of the largest all-inclusive hotels in Puerto Plata. He currently attends the University in Santiago, and is fluent in four languages: Spanish, English, French and German.
Carmen Jaquez has worked as a licensed Dominican Republic Attorney since 1994. She is experienced in numerous real estate and civil transactions. Ms. Jaquez works diligently to ensure that all transactions and actions related to the Ocean Star Estates development comply with local government requirements in the Dominican Republic.
