Title Certificate Numbers

Title certificate numbers for the individual lots at Ocean Star Estates Phase I (Blocks A - K) have been approved by the Dominican Republic Title Registry of Puerto Plata. The six-page document issued by the registry shows the provisional lot numbers (which correspond to the lot numbers on our survey map), the official parcel number as approved by the Title Registry, and the parcel size.
